Every registered VitaeGene user automatically becomes a VitaeGene Affiliate upon registration. The platform automatically creates an Affiliate Account, Affiliate Wallet, Affiliate Code, Referral Link, and QR Code. No manual application or approval is required.
Affiliates may not make medical claims, disease cure claims, or misleading health claims.

Important: Practitioner and Affiliate commissions cannot both be paid on the same product sale. Only the direct sharer receives commission.
Affiliates who directly introduce a business, wellness brand, clinic, service provider, supplier, retailer, manufacturer, distributor, or advertiser to purchase advertising within the VitaeGene Wellness Mall earn a 10% direct referral commission on the advertising fee paid.

Advertising commission rules:
I understand that Wellness Mall Advertising Commissions are paid at 10% of advertising revenue generated by businesses I directly introduce.
All subscription and product commissions are calculated on net revenue after deduction of a 4.5% gateway fee. Advertising commissions are on gross fee — no gateway deduction.
All commissions are subject to a 30-day holding period before becoming withdrawable.
If a transaction is refunded or charged back, all related commissions are reversed and affiliate wallets are debited accordingly.
Self-referral is strictly prohibited and results in commission cancellation and account suspension.
Country Manager Network Ownership: Country Manager commissions are based on network ownership, not affiliate tier depth. A Country Manager receives 5% from every eligible sale generated anywhere within their assigned network.
Local Agent Territory Ownership: Every Country Manager must belong to only one Local Agent territory. The Local Agent receives 5% from all eligible sales within their assigned territory.
Historical Ownership Lock: Historical commissions remain with the original ownership at the time of sale. If territory or network ownership changes, only future transactions follow the new assignment.
Donated subscriptions (via Help Others / Pay It Forward) and community sponsorships do NOT generate affiliate commissions or project owner commissions for any party. Donera Members are excluded from shop product commissions by default.

VitaeGene may terminate your affiliate account immediately for fraud, manipulation, spam complaints, reputational harm, or violation of any term herein.
The Staff Sales Representative Programme is a separate commission programme with its own rates and agreements. Staff Sales Representative commissions are governed exclusively by the Staff Sales Representative Agreement and do not affect Affiliate Programme commission rates.
