1. Overview
The DoneraProject is a community wellness initiative operated under VitaeGene. By joining DoneraProject, you become part of a network dedicated to promoting AI-powered wellness and nutrition guidance within your community.
2. Donera Membership
Donera Members are individuals who join the DoneraProject ecosystem. As a Donera Member:
- You receive a unique referral link to share with others
- You can build your network within the Donera community
- You are NOT a VitaeGene affiliate and do not earn VitaeGene commissions
- Your referrals are tracked under your assigned Project Owner
- You agree to promote wellness and healthy lifestyles
3. Project Owners
Project Owners manage Donera networks and receive a 23% commission on all VitaeGene subscriptions that come through their Donera network. Project Owners are responsible for:
- Managing their Donera Member network
- External payout distribution to their network members
- Ensuring ethical promotion practices
- Compliance with VitaeGene's terms and policies
Important: VitaeGene only pays the 23% commission to Project Owners. Project Owners are solely responsible for any external payouts to their Donera network members.
4. Commission Structure
Project Owners receive 23% commission on:
- Essential subscriptions (monthly and annual)
- Pro subscriptions (monthly and annual)
- Premium subscriptions (monthly and annual)
- Credit top-ups
Donera Members receive 0% commission from product sales.
Financial Terms
- Commissions are calculated on net revenue after deduction of a 4.5% gateway fee
- All commissions are subject to a 30-day holding period before becoming withdrawable
- Refunded or charged-back transactions reverse related commissions
5. Referral Tracking
All Donera referrals are tracked through unique referral codes. When someone signs up through your referral link, they become part of the Donera network and are attributed to the appropriate Project Owner.
Referral attribution rules:
- First-click attribution: The first referral code used determines attribution
- Referral codes must be shared ethically and honestly
- Spam or misleading promotion is prohibited
- VitaeGene reserves the right to invalidate fraudulent referrals
6. Donera vs VitaeGene Affiliate
Donera Members are NOT VitaeGene Affiliates. Key differences:
- Donera Members do not earn direct commissions from VitaeGene
- Donera Members cannot access the VitaeGene Affiliate Dashboard
- Donera Members do not receive VG Credits for referrals
- Donera Members receive 0% from product sales
- Donera payouts are managed externally by Project Owners
- VitaeGene only tracks enrollment data and pays Project Owners
6a. Wellness Mall Advertising Commissions — Donera Exclusion
Donera Members and Project Owners are explicitly excluded from the VitaeGene Wellness Mall Advertising Commission programme.
- Donera Members receive 0% advertising commission, regardless of whether they introduce an advertiser to the Wellness Mall.
- Donera Project Owners receive 0% advertising commission from the Wellness Mall. Their 23% commission applies only to VitaeGene subscriptions from their Donera network.
- Advertising commissions are exclusively available to VitaeGene Affiliates, Practitioners, Local Agents, Country Managers, and CM Referrers who have a direct, active role in introducing the advertiser.
- This exclusion is by design and is non-negotiable. Donera participation does not confer VitaeGene affiliate status.
7. Code of Conduct
Donera Members and Project Owners agree to:
- Promote wellness and health honestly
- Not make false or misleading health claims
- Respect privacy and data protection laws
- Follow all applicable advertising regulations
- Maintain professional and ethical standards
8. Termination
VitaeGene reserves the right to suspend or terminate Donera memberships for:
- Violation of these terms
- Fraudulent or unethical behavior
- Spam or abusive promotion practices
- Misrepresentation of VitaeGene or DoneraProject
8a. No Guarantee of Income or Benefit
Participation in DoneraProject, as a Donera Member or Project Owner, does not guarantee any income, donation amount, referral outcome, or benefit. All figures shown in the app (network size, tracked referrals, projected commissions) are informational only. VitaeGene reserves the right to approve, moderate, suspend, or reject any Donera project, Project Owner application, or member enrollment at its sole discretion.
9. Changes to Terms
VitaeGene may update these terms at any time. Continued participation in DoneraProject constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
