Wellness Mall Vendor Advertisement Agreement
Read carefully before submitting your advertisement
This Vendor Advertisement Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Serendib Fortunes Pvt Ltd, the operator of the VitaeGene platform ("Platform Operator"), and the wellness business or individual ("Vendor") submitting an advertisement through the VitaeGene Wellness Mall. By submitting an advertisement, the Vendor agrees to be bound by this Agreement in full.
The Vendor confirms and warrants that: • All advertising content is legal, truthful, and not misleading to consumers. • The Vendor owns or holds valid rights to all submitted images, videos, logos, and materials. • No content violates any third-party intellectual property rights including trademarks, copyrights, or patents. • No content promotes dangerous, harmful, or illegal products or services. • No fake supplements, unlicensed medical devices, or banned substances are advertised. • No scam services, Ponzi schemes, or pyramid structures are promoted. • All destination URLs are safe, functional, and lead to legitimate business websites.
Advertisements MUST NOT make any of the following claims: • Guaranteed cures, guaranteed healing, or guaranteed results • Instant recovery or miraculous healing • Disease elimination or disease reversal without medical authorization • Medical diagnoses or prescriptions • "Clinically proven" claims without verifiable peer-reviewed evidence • Before/after comparisons that are misleading or unverified VitaeGene is a wellness information platform. All advertisements must comply with applicable health advertising laws and regulations.
The Vendor agrees: • Not to upload stolen, plagiarized, or unlicensed content. • Not to violate trademarks or impersonate brands, medical authorities, or public figures. • Not to use copyrighted media (images, music, video) without proper licensing. • Not to infringe any third-party intellectual property in any form. By submitting content, the Vendor grants VitaeGene a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display submitted content solely for the purpose of fulfilling the advertising service.
The Vendor acknowledges and agrees that: • All submitted advertisements will be reviewed by automated AI moderation systems and human moderators. • AI moderation may flag, auto-reject, or escalate advertisements for further review. • AI moderation is a screening tool — final approval decisions are made by human moderators. • Moderation results, risk scores, and flagged content may be logged and stored. • The Vendor accepts that AI moderation is not infallible and human review remains the final authority.
VitaeGene and Serendib Fortunes Pvt Ltd reserve the right to: • Reject advertisements that do not comply with this Agreement. • Pause, suspend, or permanently remove advertisements at any time. • Expire advertisements upon policy violations. • Suspend Vendor accounts for repeat violations. • Request edits or clarifications before approval. • Withhold payment refunds where violations are confirmed. Enforcement actions are at the sole discretion of the Platform Operator.
Vendors participating in the VitaeGene Affiliate Program agree: • Affiliate tracking codes must not be manipulated or misrepresented. • Fake account signups, click fraud, and bot traffic are strictly prohibited. • Commission abuse, self-referrals for commercial gain, and spam sharing are prohibited. • VitaeGene reserves the right to withhold or reverse commissions where fraud is suspected.
The Vendor accepts full and sole legal responsibility for: • All claims made in submitted advertisements. • All products, services, or offers promoted. • All content hosted on destination URLs. • Any harm, liability, or legal action arising from the advertised content. VitaeGene and Serendib Fortunes Pvt Ltd shall not be held liable for the accuracy, safety, or legality of Vendor-submitted content.
The Vendor acknowledges that VitaeGene may use the following systems in connection with advertisement delivery: • Affiliate tracking and referral code attribution • Advertisement performance analytics (views, clicks) • AI moderation and content safety logging • Security monitoring and fraud detection Business information submitted during registration may be displayed publicly on the Wellness Mall. All data is handled in accordance with the VitaeGene Privacy Policy.
• Payment instructions will be provided following advertisement approval. • Advertisement placements are only activated upon confirmed payment. • Fees are non-refundable once the advertising period has commenced, except where required by law. • Annual packages include a 20% discount. • The Platform Operator reserves the right to update pricing with 14 days' written notice.
