The VitaeGene software, branding, content and design are owned by Serendib Fortunes Pvt Ltd. and its licensors.

2. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g. meal photos, notes). You grant VitaeGene a licence to use it solely to provide the features you request.

3. Trademarks

"VitaeGene" and related marks are trademarks of Serendib Fortunes Pvt Ltd. Use without permission is prohibited.

4. DMCA

To report infringing content, contact VitaeGene support with the details required under applicable law (your contact information, a description of the copyrighted work, the location of the allegedly infringing content, a good-faith statement, and your electronic or physical signature).

5. Repeat Infringement

VitaeGene maintains a repeat-infringer policy. Accounts repeatedly used to upload or distribute infringing content may be suspended or permanently terminated.

6. AI-Generated Content

VitaeGene's AI generates original, summarised educational content from open-licence or publicly available data sources and is designed not to reproduce verbatim copyrighted third-party text.
