Wellness Mall Advertising Commission Consent: I understand that Wellness Mall Advertising Commissions are paid at 10% of advertising revenue generated by businesses I directly introduce. This commission is paid to the direct introducer only, is subject to a 30-day holding period, and is reversed on refund or chargeback.
